Throughout our years in the construction industry we have delivered a number of apartments across the Bay of Plenty and have extensive experience in delivering townhouses, multi-level apartments and high-rise apartments.

The iconic Number Eleven apartments, which consisted of 65 luxury apartments situated in the heart of Mount Maunganui, is just one of the many apartment projects we are proud to put our name on.

Our most recent apartment development project, Nine Oaks in Papamoa, consisted of 48 multi-level apartments. With a total site area of approximately 10,000 m2, the fully landscaped and developed project will be one of the largest completed undertakings in Tauranga in recent years.
