Marra Sprint Triathlon
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Mount Maunganui, the Marra Sprint Triathlon consists of a 750m swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run. There’s also the Marra Monster’s Triathlon and the Marra Mini’s Triathlon with shorter distances for the youngsters. We are proud to have been Event Sponsor of the Marra Sprint Triathlon for over 20 years and get so much joy seeing people of all ages and abilities out on the course. Some participants are seasoned professionals and it is so exciting to see the immense dedication and passion they bring to the race. For many participants it is their first triathlon and we just love being there to cheer them on and see the joy (and sometimes relief!) on their faces when they cross the finish line.
Tinman Triathlon
Also taking place alongside beautiful Mount Maunganui, the Tinman Triathlon has Standard, Sprint & Super Sprint distances – so there’s something for everyone. Alongside GenX Homes, we are proud Event Sponsors of the Tinman. The Tinman attracts participants from all over New Zealand and is a traditional start to the season for many competitors, making the lead up to race day full of excitement and anticipation. The supportive and motivational atmosphere combined with the stunning backdrop and challenging course makes for an incredible event that we look forward to year after year.
