Our Current Projects
The View – Stage 1, Townhouses
We are about to begin Stage 1 of ‘The View’. A modern, incredibly stylish development which consists of 12 two-storey townhouses, located in a great location along Papamoa Beach.
Fashion Island Upgrade
We are currently underway for a new Café, separate restaurant and public toilets at Fashion Island .
Pyes Pa Substation
This project is for a new substation within The Lakes
Papamoa Primary School – New Technology Block
This is a Design and Build Project for the New Single Level Technology block at Papmoa Primary School. The project consists of an open plan floor area with breakout rooms. The structure will be made up of pre cast concrete panels and Nuwall cladding.
The Quest Apartments
The first stage for the Quest Apartments will be the demolition of the existing building at 71 Devonport Road, Tauranga CBD. The Quest Apartments consist of 42 Four-Star stay serviced apartments.
Ohope Beach School
Marra was the successful tenderer for the Redevelopment of Ohope Beach School. This project includes the construction of a new two-storey teaching block and substantial site civil works.
102-104 Spring Street
Marra is currently undergoing the interior refurbishment of the three story building at Spring Street, Tauranga. This refurbishment includes the demolition of internal partitioning including toilets, ceilings and lighting, seismic strengthening of the building, upgrading the relative accessibility and fire protection, new toilets, ceilings and lighting.
Nine Oaks
Marra Construction are proud to be working alongside Marra Developments Ltd to construct the Nine Oaks Apartment Building. The completed project will include 48 apartments, a combination of 2 and 3 storeys. Due date for completion is August 2017.
Port of Tauranga – Kiwifruit Cool Store, No 1 Berth
The demolition and reconstruction of new Coolstore at the Port of Tauranga with an approximate area off 4,300m2 plus associated Canopies, Plant-rooms, Offices and Inspection Building.
