This project consists of a new warehouse and offices in Tauriko which is made of Precast Panel, Unispan and Topspan roofing and wall cladding.

 

Rotorua Airport – New Fire Station

This project will begin with the demolition of the existing fire station to make way for construction of a new Fire Station Building with incorporated offices.

 

Comvita East Wing Extension – Paengaroa

This project is for a new East Wing Warehouse to the existing Comvita Warehouse.  The work includes breaking through into the existing warehouse and other minor work in the existing warehouse.

 

NIWA Building

We have just begun the works for a new office building and storage facility for NIWA (The National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research). The proposed facility comprises approx. 230m² of office/lab/workshop/staff facilities and 250m² of garage/storage space, with parking, driveway & perimeter fencing.

 

Papamoa Primary School – New Technology Block

This is a Design and Build Project for the New Single Level Technology block at Papmoa Primary School. The project consists of an open plan floor area with breakout rooms. The structure will be made up of pre cast concrete panels and Nuwall cladding.

 

The Quest Apartments

The first stage for the Quest Apartments will be the demolition of the existing building at 71 Devonport Road, Tauranga CBD.  The Quest Apartments consist of 42 Four-Star stay serviced apartments.

Marra was the successful tenderer for the Redevelopment of Ohope Beach School.  This project includes the construction of a new two-storey teaching block and substantial site civil works.
